New Patient Appointments
These appointments are recommended for all new patients and consistofgeneral health screening and advice on any past or present areas of concern, e.g. blood pressure, smoking cessation etc. Appointments are usually with the practice nurse however if you are on regular medication you should make an initial appointment with a GP.
Promoting Good Health
We run screening programmes with regular reviews with the practice nurse, or in some cases a doctor, and all patients with on going health conditions should receive regular correspondence inviting them to attend for checks.
We can give up to date advice for those travelling abroad. A telephone consultation with the nurse is often the most convenient for initial advice. Please let us know at least 6 weeks before departure where possible. Please arrange an appointment with the practice nurse at reception.
